That might have a bigger impact than the debate lol. I know some die hard Swift fans. Made some joke about how my 8 year old daughter is so much into Taylor Swift and I have to listen to this stuff all day, and these mums almost clawed my eyes out. "YOU ARE TALKING TO THE WRONG PEOPLE MY FRIEND" haha Reminded me of this tweet:
Socialist? So she is giving Small Business Loans to the government so they can sieze the means of production?
As expected Trump rambled, and said s**t that would have ruined any other candidate. Kamala was fine, and clearly performed better, but people always perform better than Trump. He didn't say anything disastrous and that's enough for him. In the long run this did nothing.
Didn't watch but a little bit of this, but from the reactions it seems like Harris's approach was to mostly to steer away from concrete policies/plans and pivot to needling Trump into looking like a narcissistic and unstable weirdo, and she succeeded in that?
Remember when idiots thought Tulsi Gabbard being the lead helper for his debate prep would ensure Trump crushes Kamala? *when u hire a tutor and your child still gets a F
I mean she didn't steer away from policy exactly. She talked about it(possibly too much), but it wasn't a highlight.
And Trump was in office for four years and he couldn’t close the border either have a great healthcare plan. In fact he even lied claiming he was the one who wanted to keep Obamacare but it was John McCains vote who forced him to. But not to worry he has some Concepts for a big beautiful healthcare plan. Just give him two weeks.
The moment Trump derailed is when he got baited into the "She wasn't black" but then "she turned black." After that, it was over.
Trump’s floor is high so this will likely still be a close election. This debate though did nothing to help Trump with the voters he needs. Moderates. When even many of the Right leaning folks are saying Trump lost there certainly will not be many moderates who will be won over to Trump.
