Funny thing is that Trump claimed Abdul was the leader of the Taliban and talked about how he was able to work with Abdul and Abdul liked him.
The moderators were biased but it didn't matter, Trump had a horrible debate. As usual, he is his own worst enemy. Kamala failed to actually answer many of the questions the moderators asked, but again it didn't matter - she was very effective at laying down bait for Trump, and Trump took the bait every single time like a rabid animal. He just can't help himself - his ego and narcissism won't let him stay disciplined and policy-focused for very long. This is just who he is. As soon as he hungrily took her bait about rally crowd sizes, the debate was over. He lost.
this is the type of the debate performance that would have everyone clamoring for u to step down and drop out of the race if u were a Democrat…Trump was that bad
I believe this to be true: So I think Trump failed the side trying to protect the USA from her harmful policies with his performance tonight. He allowed her to bait him, and he didn't seem very well-prepared.
That was an answer Trump should’ve easily hit out of the park. He didn’t because he went on one of his weird Trump responses throwing out some name and repeating it.
She did better than expected, mainstream media will run the lie that Trump lost.. Trump did not lose, Trump however was not great... Very mediocre.... However we been through 3 and half years of lies and bs from mainstream media.... We already seen this movie, they gonna say Trump lost and that Kamala will get a boost in the polls and that Trump is going to have a hard time on election night only for Trump to overperform and win....
no they weren’t. Y’all are such babies. Did Trump answer a single direct question he was asked? Moderators repeatedly let him off the hook by not following up after his meandering wackjob rants
once the hype dies down, people will realize kamala didn't answer questions either, flat out lied, and oh yeah she is in office now. Perhaps a small bump from her but it'll settle and we'll be right back to where we're are now in a couple weeks
Nobody gives a f-k about who most directly answered the question and never has but please keep up with the MAGA COPE because it's chicken soup for the rest of us
Strengths: Trump - He was controlled and coherent for the first 20-ish minutes. That surpassed expectations. Harris: She was able to bait Trump and set him off. It was an obvious tactic and it was a smart and effective one. Trump did the most damage to himself. He presented the immigrant eating cat stories as if they were fact. He was unable to say Ukraine should win the war. He spouted lies about abortion and killing babies after birth. And the real winner - when asked about if he had a plan after 9 years of saying he would have a better plan than Affordable Healthcare, and his answer was "I have the concept of a plan" Weaknesses: Trump - couldn't stay on message. Wouldn't commit to peaceful resolution to the election. Spouted lie after lie. Harris - too many words, too nervous and too much sticking to her pre-planned talking points.
There does seem to be some consensus around the moderates. Trump squandered 90 minutes of free air time with his narcissism. He should have spend more time attacking her socialistic agendas instead of bragging about his failed accomplishments. Harris at first came off nervous. Trump should have taken advantage of this. Once she composed herself, she put on her fake empath side and avoided any real policy discussions. This should give Harris a small bump, but this debate seemed nothing more than a final regular season game between two teams playoff bound.
