Harris on immigration was rather disappointing. Honestly that's what happens when you buy into right wing framing of the border. She didn't do much to push back on the rhetoric that most illegal migrants coming in aren't violent criminals but just people looking for below min wage work. She could have went left field and throw Trump off by promising to concentrate on punishing businesses owners who hire illegal migrants to exploit them. Turn migration into a exploitation issue and then hammer home that she would lower the demand of illegal migration by prosecuting all the employers who exploit migrants to increase profit margins. Frame it that way. That way you sound like a populist while also addressing the influx of illegal immigrants issue without cruelty. She didn't push back enough illegal immigrants being violent criminals.
She did way better than expected. She didn’t need to do much because she got Trump to accuse her of giving transgendered operations to illegal aliens in prison.
I’ve heard about dudes getting jacked in prison and when they get out they’re that much more dangerous but this is getting ridiculous.
