I know I’ll get roasted by my fellow old-timers, but I think it’s time to shut him down. We can re-visit in the off-season, but we have a pennant to win and even if JV got it semi-together, is he better than Framber, Brown, and Kuch? No more chances on JV.

 

JV will calm down and only give up another 2 runs by 5th .

 

Verlander just can't beat people with his 4 seamer anymore.

It's consistently been his best pitch, but if he's gonna keep pitching he's gonna have to work backwards from what he's done his whole career.
