You can only do so much.

Although the money used to sign Okudah and Henderson I would've liked to seen it go to Gilmore.

the play calling was good i agree, but Mixon carving up the defense like that, CJ should have been going off too. slowik gotta let loose.

the play calling was good because Mixon was beasting it.

I'm so glad Carolina didn't draft CJ.

Tell that to CJ. He was running for his life and being rushed all day. I give most of the credit for Mixon on those runs. This is the same OL last year and the running backs couldn’t do what Mixon did today in one game.

It wasn't pretty but the team showed guts to pull it off despite all the nonsense. Colts could only score on gimmicky ****. Everything we did wrong today can be fixed. Jimmy Ward sucks though.

Actually, half our O-Line was hurt most of last year. This is the best we've got, and it scares me how much CJ was rushed.

    Damn that was stressful...

I think we will need to get used to the fact the offensive play calling is going to be heart attack level aggressive.

Going for 2 early, didn't work, but the 4th and goal late did.

No offense, but that talentless scrub ain't a QB.

At least the scrub Weak City lines up under center is an athlete.

OL was good today. Really good in run blocking. Green and Tunsil were doing work there. Pass pro not so much. But they weren't terrible. The Colts have a very good DL.

CJ Stroud had way better stats than the eye test suggested today - 234 yards , 2 TDs and a 115 rating - honestly, if that's a bad day, or at least subpar for CJ - I'll take it and we still win and get better next go

Texans have a legit chance to go 2-0 vs Indy for the first time in franchise history.

Running game looked great. Stroud looked good, but the pass protection was crap. The false starts were stupid (looking at you Laremy). The defense can't keep allowing 50-yards plays over the top of their heads. Fortunately AR is who he is or this could've been an L.

Great getting the victory and starting 1-0.

Honestly I'm pretty disappointed in the team.....but it's so much better to be disappointed after a game they still won.

A lot of players looked like they weren't ready for the regular season, Stroud was inconsistent, the secondary got burned on multiple hail mary passes that were just thrown up for grabs, the O line was inconsistent, there were too many dumb penalties......but we won.

We need to use this as a tune up game, and come out next week firing on all cylinders.

I think CJ was playing with his lack of footing in the back of his mind, which made his day a lot tougher.

AR is practically ryan mallet with speed.

Dude throw every pass a bullet pass when it's not a long ball.
