61st percentile ISN"T GOOD. There's something like 500 players who get minutes in the NBA every season, being in the 61st percentile could mean that there's something like 200 players better than you..... As I've spelled out to you multiple times, NEITHER Jalen or Cam were any good as the PnR ball handler....the fact that Jalen decided to be in that role a ridiculous 8 times per game is part of why the Rockets offense was so mid last season. The fact that Cam was slightly better in his small sample isn't that big a deal because he wasn't good either.....neither one of them has any business being the PnR ball handler a significant number of times per game. You are so worried about Jalen being replaced by Cam that it is causing you to make really weird arguments against straw men. Your actions are consistently ridiculous, thus the ridicule. The more you cry about it, the more you prove the ridicule is justified.
He didn't? Like are we really trying to draw character claims because Jalen Green turned around on made three point attempts? If you begin to draw character claims over such trivial things, ask yourself why.
I'm really not misunderstanding anything, it's a useless "metric" like many of them are. I'll take real statistics, thanks all the same.
Should Steph Curry have any business being a pnr ball handler given his 65% percentile ranking? What about Cade Cunningham at 60%? Darius Garland, literally one of the young promising POINT Guards in the NBA at 50%? What about LeBron James at 63%? Jalen Green in his age group, is one of the better pnr ball handlers in the league. Guys like Booker and Ant in the same stage of their careers and lower volume and ppp
Historically Steph has been better, He had a really bad season in 24, but in 23 he was in the 95th percentile in 22 he was in the 85th in 21 he was in the 94th in 20 he was in the 66th due to only playing 5 games in 19 he was in the 92nd....I could continue, but hopefully you get the point. I know you thought you found a nugget that would allow you to praise your lover, but comparing down seasons by HOFers to your guy isn't actually a reason for legitimate praise. Garland has never been good as a PnR ball handler When it comes to Lebron, he used to be a good PnR ball handler, but he's SUPER old now and no longer any good at it. As to another desperate attempt by you to compare Jalen to Booker, other players being bad once upon a time doesn't make it okay that Jalen has always been bad. Jalen isn't even a top PnR ball handler on his own team....a scenario exists where he's behind FVV, Sheppard, Cam, and Amen as a PnR ball handler this season.....and if that happens, I'm sure you'll blame anyone and everyone else. This is just yet another thing you are outright delusional about.
numero uno's possible ceiling is Bobby Jackson. anyone remembers sixth man of Sacramento? he was a better shooter, but maybe the nail polisher might learn to shoot 3s instead of his load one day.
Domyou actually care to watch the sport? Do you follow anything basketball related that doesn't have to do with trying to find evidence of Green's suckage? Steph Curry that s past season didn't lose the right to be anywhere near one ball handling duties because he was in the 65th percentile. Devin Booker and Ant Edwards didn't lose their right to being pnr ball handlers in their third seasons with a respective 60% and 58% percentile rankings. Cam and Amen have a ball handling issue where they can't maintain a live dribble against multiple defenders trying to strip them in a half court setting. No one thinks Cam has good pnr ball handling potential. That isn't his thing. He plays more like Carmelo Anthony bully balling in iso wing clear outs or attacking closeouts from another player breaking the defense.
Dear god you're still trying to double down on stupidity..... Steph had a bad season as a PnR ball handler at 35 years old as he's nearing the end of his career....but he was phenomenally good previously...so you are trying to use the reputation of a player back when they are good along with numbers they put up at the tail end of their career when they've lost a step or two, in order to justify dogshit numbers by your lover. Should old man Curry be the PnR ball handler still? Probably not, since he was pretty awful at it last season and he's not getting any younger. That doesn't mean he wasn't really good for a very long time at it as the numbers show. Devin Booker was terrible at being the PnR ball handler for a few years, but has been pretty good to great the past few seasons, Edwards has never been efficient in that play type. Edwards STILL shouldn't be the PnR ball handler, and Booker shouldn't have been before a few years ago. Cam and Amen have ball handling issues.....just like Jalen STILL does. We've seen that Jalen doesn't improve much year to year, the jury is still out on Cam and Amen. How much will they improve, how will they look with greater usage. You are hoping Cam doesn't have PnR ball handling potential because you are scared your lover will be sent packing....but that fear and you lashing out at other players on the Rockets won't help your guy whatsoever. That said, I'm not expecting Cam to be any better at being the PnR ball handler than Jalen is....neither should be running it. Cam can shoot a basketball, which means if guys who are better at running the PnR have the ball, they can count on Cam knocking down the 3 if he's left open.
I think the many non-basketball reasons to laugh at Jalen Green tend to get far too much attention and that leads to people overlooking the basketball reasons to laugh at him. Is he a weirdo that often carries a purse, paints his fingernails, humps his teammates, and impregnates old whores? Sure....but those things aren't relevant in basketball conversations, so they really shouldn't be talked about here all that much if at all. Now, the fact that he sucks at basketball, that's fair game all day long.
Because when companies make nail polish they ALWAYS make it for women. Jalen Green is not a woman, nor does he want to be a woman so he should not be wearing women's products.
I've listed male celebrities that paint their nails. It goes in one ear and out the other. In America, every generation seems to do something that enrages the older generations. In the 50's Elvis shakes his hips on stage and the older generations were aghast. In the 60's the youngsters grew their hair long and smoked pot all day. Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, Alice Cooper, Nick Jagger, Keith Richards, Dwayne Wade, Post Malone, Machine Gun Kelly, Steven Tyler, Seal, Kurt Cobain, Jared Leto, Dennis Rodman, Pete Davidson, Zac Efron, Snoop Dogg, Chris Hemsworth paint their nails. Now basketball players: Jalen Green, Jared McCain, Caleb Williams (NFL QB) paint their nails. We can ignore it or accept..... tattoos were a trend as well. Showing disgust only emboldens more to do it. Imo
Guns and Roses, one hell of a band btw, the lead vicalist Axel Rose painted his nails. That's a non issue if we're being honest. Most of the people that have problems with that are hiding something. Takes just a second to look at the profile pic and confirm.
I think it's because he looks like one of the Ninja turtles grew a beard and hair. Of course he's jealous that Jalen's good looking and fashionable, it must suck to be ITALIAN and neither of those things...
Half the league will be doing it soon....just like tattoos. Now everyone has a tattoo (minus me). Kids will be kids......I can accept it now or when half the league start painting their nails. God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change : Courage to change the things I can : and the wisdom to know the difference.
