[Indicted] Right Wing influencer network posted by losers was actually a bunch of Russian Dupes

This just further justifies never signing up for X / Twitter.

I would hope that this would lead to more consideration and thought before reposting tweets from “influencers” but that some are arguing against this by posting tweets from influencers I doubt this will change much.

 

It’s Russian propaganda, such as claiming that Ukraine and the West are responsible for the terrorist attack at the theater in Moscow. It might only seem like a right-wing talking point because right-wingers are influenced (or paid) to spread carefully worded Russian propaganda designed to weaken the US and the West through internal divisions and other tactics (us hating on each other is a sign of their success).

On a daily basis during my time in command of Army forces in Europe, every day the intelligence "black book" would provide more information on Putin's Russia attempts at malign influence against the west...and especially against the US.

Today, the @TheJusticeDept has taken action...but because of current divisions in the US, many Americans will have questions.

A DoJ indictment isn't comparable to political research or a news story.

Here is an example of a fairly recent DoJ indictment that is directly relevant: the DoJ under Trump indicted numerous Russian agents for interfering in the 2020 election. Do you consider this "the left using Russia for their propaganda"?
