    when was this supposed to be ready? all top picks are regressing or failing to succeed. Tari lost a season due to a mysterious injury. Alpi is worse than he was at the beginning of the season. Jalen forgot basketball. Jabari forgot shooting. Brooks forgot shame. So maybe, maybe I feel the problem is not about the picks or players. There is something seriously wrong with FO, team management, practices, facilities, medical team,etc.

    Maybe one of the reasons we can't shoot is because the practice facility has no depth/space behind the basket.

    Upon further review, the Spurs only contributed $100m to this multi-use park.

    When including the land value estimate ($25m), Tilman spent the same amount.

    It’s still better than ours, for sure. Just saying (wrt $500m) The Rock at La Centera project in San Antonio is something Houston probably can’t do inside the Loop. And probably doesn’t need to, from an investor/partner/city/county standpoint, given what we already have (like Discovery Green and Sports Health facilities elsewhere) wrt what The Rock is beyond the Spurs facilities.
