Exactly... and it's not typically men confusing anything.

What rights do men have that women do not?

When you create a system built upon centuries of social hierarchies where men dominated and women were given less rights, it creates a system and culture that even after legally discrimination has become illegal, the effects of discrimination and hierarchies prolong.

The frat bro networking culture of children of investors, executives etc means they have better access to managerial/executive roles because of these existing cultures and traditions. A lot of dudes don't get to their positions from merit but from privlige of knowing the right people as they grew up in a existing patriarchal society

That's why these dei initiatives exist. It's to expand the pool of corporate executives from the frat bro class of networking.

    Predictable….

Anything you don’t like is “leftist” or “woke”….

As if “rightist” like Elon doesn’t cry and sue when advertisers don’t comply with his agenda

    Generally speaking:

When men work... men, women, and children benefit.

When women work... women and children benefit.

I'd bet most of these working women's biggest fantasy is meeting a rich guy, getting married, quitting their jobs, and never working again. Of course he'll pay off their student loans too.

As far as jobs though, there isn't a huge feminist push for women working on offshore oil rigs, being plumbers, or working in sewers. Why? Because men should do all the dirty work and dangerous jobs, while women fight for the cushy positions.

I was primarily thinking about economic inequality. Working-class people often aren’t compensated fairly for the amount of work they do, and women still, in general, face a wage gap compared to men for the same roles. Seeking fair pay to address this isn’t about asking for privilege; it’s about striving for basic fairness.

Regarding personal rights, women don’t have the same autonomy over their own bodies as men do. Governments often impose restrictions on when and how women can access medical care, a disparity that doesn’t apply equally to men.

These are examples of the inequality that some are quick to dismiss, mistaking/confusing the push for fair treatment as a demand for privilege.

It's illegal to pay people differently for the same role.

What roles are you speaking of?

I do know female models out-earn males.

    How exactly?

Just for the record, when dictators that he likes or is afraid of (Modi, Xi) ask Elon to censor Twitter - he does it no questions asked.

When it's a pro-democracy government that makes a request (Lula's Brasil, eg) - he throws a hissyfit and picks up the free speech flag (which is buried under a bunch of posts from @1488gang and cat turd))

It is not illegal to pay people differently for the same role.

    https://iwpr.org/new-report-women-e...occupations-even-ones-commonly-held-by-women/

Of the 20 largest occupations for women studied as part of IWPR’s research, the five with the worst pay inequities were:
    • Financial Managers, where women only earn 71% of what men earn
    • Retail Salesperson—72%
    • Education and Childcare Administrators—79%
    • Administrative Assistants—80%
    • Managers—81%
You listed one example of inequality. Inequality can exist in any direction, and seeking fair pay isn't about asking for privilege; it's about striving for basic fairness.

Example of how women don’t have the same autonomy over their own bodies as men do: Women have been denied medical services on multiple visits to the ER to remove a dead fetus from their bodies because of government laws.

Lula is a corrupt fraudster who has nothing to offer except the old communist playbook - raise taxes, bloat government, kill free speech, kill the economy, enrich yourself and your small clique of sycophants.
