I need affordable health insurance, oversight of greedy corporations, more taxes being paid by the ultra wealthy to help pay for schools, etc., less military weapons in the hands of crazy 18 year old men, and definitely want the government to get their hands off the decisions my wife and girl make about their bodies. I’m not sure how you reached that conclusion based on the poll data I shared, which focuses on types of support, not policies. I prefer not to categorize and generalize as you do. Everyone makes their own choices for their own reasons. People aren’t stupid or sheep. However, there is a candidate who does view people as sheep, and you seem to fit that type of personality. What’s really interesting about your comments is that you attribute brainwashing to the opposite party when national media is predominantly left wing. A perfect example is when a un-biased media watch dog group analyzed ABC’s newscast. The study showed that since Kamala became the nominee over 85% of stories about Kamala were positive, while over 80% of stories about Trump were negative. As for policies, anybody with any sense wants more affordable QUALITY health care, everyone wants less gun violence. Abortion is an emotional issue that is almost evenly split between pro-life and pro-choice. Letting states decide is the most democratic way to approach the subject. Everyone wants less violence. Everyone wants less war. Everyone wants less pollution. Everyone wants a better economic condition for all classes and races of people except a few fringe groups on both the left and right. The difference is really how we approach and solve the problems. Progress in economic equality was much more evident under Trump than Biden. Shipping the fossil fuel energy overseas not only has greatly impacted our strategic advantage, but is one of the major causes of inflation. The United States doesn’t have a globe over our country. Pushing fossil fuel production to communist and authoritarian governments that don’t give a rat’s ass about pollution is ineffective as a means to combat global warming. If you are truly a champion of the poor and underprivileged of this country then why push electric cars that most Americans can’t afford, especially since the infrastructure to support that kind of conversion is not available and uses fossil fuels to support what Infrastructure we have. Not to mention that China has cornered the market on the rare minerals needed for our current battery technology. Tax credits to buy electric vehicles does nothing for people that pay little to nothing in taxes already. Letting the Trump tax cuts expire hurts the middle class. Everyone got a tax cut under Trump. Everyone will get a tax increase under Kamala. How does that help anyone that is struggling to make ends meet. Kamala wants to impose a tax on unrealized capital gains. That will kill anyone that is in the stock market and probably cause a stock market crash. Corporate tax hikes always are passed on to the consumer fueling inflation even more. Price fixing disadvantages the United States against all other world powers. Let’s talk about war and violence. Trump engineered the near annihilation of ISIS in Syria. Iran was unable to fund to the same extent their terrorists friends and the Middle East was largely at peace. He also engineered historic agreements with Arabic countries and Israel was not targeted as nearly as much as now. Russian has only invaded Ukraine twice since its inception, once under Obama and once during Biden’s administration. The Appeasement and lack of strength projected by both Obama and Biden has greatly increased violence on the global stage. Illegal border crossings were near all-time lows during the Trump administration enough said. How’s that sanctuary city stuff working out. By the way, who does illegal immigration hurt the worst? You got it,the poor, who the democrats pretend to champion. The Cartels are setting up shop in the United States and terrorists are coming across our border completely unvetted. Minority participation in the work force took great leaps forward during his administration. He also championed black colleges and brought manufacturing jobs back to the nation. Real increases in wages (not inflationary increases) occurred across all spectrums of society. Kamala’s insistence on national minimum wage laws especially with her plans to not let businesses off-set wages with tips will absolutely destroy small businesses, especially restaurants. For instance, I run a restaurant that employs about 50 servers and bartenders. If I had to pay them a minimum wage without off-setting the tips they receive, I will be forced to close my doors and all those people that are now earning between 50-75k a year will lose their jobs. Of course, that is one of the goals of socialism/communism is to force individual entrepreneurship out and replace with government and corporate owned entities. Kamala wants to do away with Medicare advantage and provide Medicare for all. Of course, that would completely bankrupt the country. Medicare advantage provides better benefits at the same cost as regular Medicare. People that cannot afford Medicare are covered under Medicaid. I am for the expansion of Medicare advantage into younger age groups. Most employees that can’t afford regular healthcare have avenues for subsidies. In Tennessee, most my employees are covered by a state plan that is highly subsidized by the state, but still provided by private health care companies (like Medicare advantage). Most liberal policies are rooted in emotion and good intentions, but in practice often hurt those that they purport to champion. The last 3 1/2 years have been the poster child for how ineffective liberal policies are for the vast majorities of Americans. In fact, the only subset of people not adversely affected are the super rich.

One thing to point out the people that are alive as far as hostages are not really living,....
