I’d say Brown over woods. Woods is a route-running 3rd down guy and we have that in spades now. He also nets us 5mil just to let him go. however, I would think long and hard about Steven Sims and Ben Skowronek over Noah as well… I think Noah has the highest ceiling, but he can’t stay healthy while Sims is versatile for special teams and Skowronek could be like a WR/FB position..
Brown to IR under the new rules which allow returnable IR which doesn't count against the 53 man roster without the manipulation usually required by our LS.
