    Wouldn't say anybody has an "easy" schedule with all the variables. For instance, the A's are one of the better teams in baseball over the last month... and as those young players get more used to big-league life, they could continue to play much better than earlier in the season (sorta like how the A's and Royals went 6-1 against the Astros to end last season). Mariners still have 7 games with them.

    He is a career journeyman that was recently released. His is always hurt. He hits left handed. He has a OPS of .715 over 2000 at bats spanning the last 7 years. If he hits like he has in the past he would be a monumental improvement because our current outfield has been so terrible its hard to actually believe.

    They called me back into the OR (c-section baby) as soon as the game had ended and I remember talking about the no hitter to the doctors and nurses, all the while my kid being born. Forgot I had a kid coming haha
