Well yes when it comes to landscaping n stuff like that, but there are plenty of other skilled labor jobs that whites and blacks would do but can't compete with their prices. For instance if you were laying sheetrock, the going price on labor used to be around $1.25-1.50 in Houston. He would come in and work for you for lets say $150-200 a day, then few months later he would get his own truck n start laying it for 75c. He doesn't have the same expenses that you do (mortgage etc.), so 75c is alot of money for him. To relugate that Texas just needs to do what Arizona did (you need a license for any of those jobs), but rn thats not in place in Texas. So they can do it.
