Trump had four years, not as VP but as POTUS. Americans were killed by illegal immigrants during his time as president. (As the leader of the Republican Party, he torpedoed a bipartisan bill to tackle the border issue.) By the logic of these tweets, Trump is most definitely not deserving to be POTUS.
Yea right. You live in Houston? They were hiding when Trump was in, handful of 'em by the Home Depots. Now its literally like 60-70 of 'em by the Home Depots Go by 59 n Westpark by that Schell gas station Lol
Define "foreigner". Most citizens don't vote, whether they came as an immigrant or were born here. If Did not vote was on the ballot, it would have every election except 2020.
Most people that move to the Usa are democrats by default because they were sold the lie by that party, that they're accepted by 'em n the Republicans hate everything non-white n non-American. Biggest pile of crap. The Republicans hate illegal immigration because they hate EVERYTHING illegal
ATW is getting close to 50 tweets about Kamala today already. Wow! That's hilarious for someone who calls anyone who posts anything about Trump as having TDS. What a hypocrite. Your circle jerk buddies like to say people like you are triggered when the shoe's on the other foot. You know those little woke cartoons you guys post in response to anything you don't like? Funny thing is, that screaming girl is you now.
That's not anywhere close to being true. Naturalized citizens probably voted 65% Democratic to 35% Republican (IIRC) in the 2020 election. Tip - Republicans would be better off trying to win over naturalized citizens rather than demonizing them.
Those naturalized citizens probably moved to the states as kids or teens. 20 or older can't be saved. Democrats for life
I don't agree with the silly logic in those tweets, but I'm using them to point out that Trump didn’t solve the border issue while he was POTUS and, in fact, torpedoed the bipartisan bill aimed at addressing it. And again, using the logic of those tweets, he’s most definitely not deserving of being POTUS.
She hasn't yet, so you shouldn't jump to that conclusion. The Harris base is far larger than the Pro-Palestine crowd. In fact, I'm not even sure they're on the Harris wagon. People are allowed to protest peacefully. We're in America. But if they get violent, I suspect she'll denounce any bad actors (which is a far cry from "pandering" to them by the way).
So non-whites, born abroad but with citizenship? The Republican brand has been toxic since 2008, and 2016 Trump saw this and reshaped the party into what it is today. But Asians and Hispanics, while typically leaning Democrat when voting, are not a lock for any candidate or party. The biggest predictor of politics today is a person's age, gender, and education level.
You’re referring to Dreamers, individuals brought to the U.S. as children. Dreamers have never been eligible for citizenship; they are only protected from deportation. Americans overwhelmingly believe it’s cruel to deport them, which is something Trump promised to do as part of his plan to deport tens of millions. If, one day, they are provided a pathway to citizenship, here’s a tip: they aren’t inherently Democrat or Republican. They are simply human beings who can be persuaded and won over. If they end up being Democrats for life, it will be because Republicans have completely alienated them.
Something really does not add up. Both men (56-41) and women (67-29) lean strongly Democratic, but... the overall USA voting population leans by 1 point to the Republicans. In fact, everything in that table but Vietnamese people leans Democratic. So, that can only mean that the Republicans have attracted a ton of gender fluid Vietnamese voters! EDIT: I think they got the men category wrong? But even then it cannot work.
It’s Asian only. There are Vietnamese news outlets, podcasters, and YouTubers who are crazy about Trump—think Fox News squared.
LOL President Trump is proposing a path to citizenship for an estimated 1.8 million young undocumented immigrants in exchange for hard-line steps to increase border security and curb legal immigration, a trade-off swiftly opposed by key Democrats. Dems so badly wanted to keep the borders open they abandoned these dreamers in 2018.
Nope. You want to solve this through cruelty of mass deportation of humans in the millions. When a less cruel solution would be imprisonment for business owners who pay under minimum wage for migrant labor exploitation. It remove the job supply and therefore reduce the demand. Otherwise it's obvious that the cruelty is the point for you if you think that shouldn't be the solution.
That was in 2018. Hardline Republicans and some prominent GOP members opposed any proposal that offered amnesty to Dreamers. Democrats were supportive of a pathway to citizenship but were against funding for the wall. Trump was unable to push a bipartisan plan through. Fast forward to 2024, and Democrats have shifted to a more conservative stance, while Republicans have moved further to the extreme right. Harris supports signing the bipartisan (conservative; doesn't even have a amnesty provision) border bill that Trump torpedoed, and Trump has promised to deport tens of millions, including Dreamers. The final statement about "keeping the border open" is just partisan hackery and not worth engaging with. PolitiFact | How viable is Donald Trump’s 2024 immigration plan? According to Miller, Trump plans to revoke the status of hundreds of thousands of people who are allowed to live and work in the U.S. under a variety of protection programs including Temporary Protected Status, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and humanitarian parole. Those programs benefit around 1.4 million people.
