    Tucker had no structural damage, clean MRIs and XRays and its been two months. JV, neck discomfort and its been two months. Neither of these were reported as anything serious.

    I don't trust a damn thing anyone from the Astros org (not even the players themselves) says about injuries. I will assume the absolute worst because most of the time it is the absolute worst. Eff this.

    They need guys who take pitches and have a chance to go yard. Also, balancing the lineup helps. But I wouldn’t have any issues if the only difference was Dubon at 1B instead of Singleton.

    Whitcomb is not great at 3B and for his first game it’s probably better to take some pressure off of him in the field.
