No but they believed in vaccine choice, especially for students, which is how it should be. Most will get it anyway. It's not like there is any evidence showing that stripping away exemptions like California in 2015 somehow made their student population less susceptible than say Texas or Colorado, that have several exemption avenues. In fact, the CDC's own evidence shows the opposite happened and California has more outbreaks than those states and a higher percentage of its student population falling ill. Is this what RFK thinks is science? No control just a trend and assume that trend has to do with vaccination policy. Do you understand what a Design of Experiment is? Confounding factors?
