Kamala Harris selects Tim Walz as VP

I mean the riots in DC may have not had people climbing the walls but pretty similar set:



People killed, small businesses destroyed, hundreds injured, etc etc. 2020-2021 wasn't a good time at all

 

Walz comes across as genuine and a good person… and voters may give her the benefit of the doubt with Walz there. Josh Shapiro is slimy and pandering and self absorbed… and odd like Vance and Trump…

Harris is getting to use her instincts and the voices of some in her inner circle that have been quieted under Biden are being allowed to support Harris and are comfortable finally… Harris wanted Walz because of who he is as a person and her instincts are that he helps with optimism and brings positivity to the race… which I am all for.

 

I just wish I didn’t have to wade through pages in a row of his twitter re-posts.

 

I think it matters because it shows people already living in MN weren't liking the politics or whatever it was so they left for other states, especially when Walz got there. International immigrants a lot of time don't have a say on where they go and currently MN is a magnet for Somali immigrants, which is where the births are coming from

 

He and them post great stuff elsewhere...so it's not like you can ignore them in a certain forum or thread

 

Does any of that include birth rates?...which are declining everywhere, as you know

 

Also, as an aside, I would really, really like people to stop moving to Texas. We're out of water, stay home.

 

So this is the new line of attack against Walz? It is the third different one in like 12 hours… connecting him to China and Communism? Maybe it works but I doubt it.

 

It's hilarious, sadly really, how the Right misunderstands the concepts of Socialism and Communism.

It's basically a litmus test for "how stupid are you?"

 

Walz is likable - and Vance is not… that goes a long way in debates and the perception of who won a debate… fwiw I think both will be fine. They both are sharp and will be prepared. Vance will have policy by Walz to attack, and Walz will come across as more genuine.

 

Shapiro isn’t genuine - Walz is.
