ATW and his loonie syncophant buddies losing their absolute s!!t about Walz makes me think this might be the greatest VP pick in the history of America, at least in the past 200 years.
Does anyone know why Trump is now calling Kamala Harris “Kamabla?” Is that some sort of new racial attack? I see he’s back to the Barack HUSSEIN Obama garbage now too, so what is Kamabla?
There are different ways to measure population growth. What you're referring to is overall growth which consists of these three components: 1. Natural increase (birth minus deaths) 2. Domestic migration (movement within the US) 3. International immigration @Reeko was saying no one cares when I posted this earlier so perhaps you missed the explanation. Basically, people already living within MN are moving out. International immigrants and natural increase are what is keeping it afloat population wise when all 3 used to grow Well the out-migration accelerated under Walz is the thing to keep in mind. That, along with all the other negative lists MN began topping, and it isn't a good look. I think this will be an easy line of attack for the republicans
imagine right-wingers whining about walz using the same phrase that trump used as his primary campaign slogan in 2016. the fact that he made it a month after the assassination attempt is irrelevant. he wasnt calling for violence against anyone or mocking anyone who had violent acts done to them, unlike trump who has a history of doing so.
[ I took ATW off ignore for a day and had to put him right back on ignore. Over 90 posts in one day and most are trolling tweets he finds on his right wing social media, so no telling how many hours he spends scouring those sights. Unreal, especially for a man who supposedly has young kids. I hope he isn't grooming right wing extremists.
Oof...brutal Walz dad joke, yet kind of true: Tim Walz is the stand-in dad for all the young women who lost their own dads to Fox News
Remember watching the Biden and Trump debate was like watching a 90 year old arguing with a 5 year old? Yeah that's why.
Serious question...where is this "Minny is bleeding residents" coming from? I haven't read the whole thread or anything. This is from the last census: https://www.census.gov/library/stories/2023/06/state-to-state-migration.html
This is absolutely hilarious. Chris Hayes nailed it. At first I thought it was overdone for theatrics, but then came back to look at this thread. Holy cow. If anything Chris Hayes understated how radical, fringe, and out of touch it makes Republicans look. It's totally a bullseye just based at what @AroundTheWorld posted in this thread.
Such a great pick, Harris campaign has been incredible - where Joe was old school - let my record speak for me, Harris and company are fighting fire with fire, and the GOP doesn't hold up well to the light of truth. DD
People are looking at Minnesota's domestic migration numbers and noticing an increase in residents leaving during Walz's tenure. While some out-migration occurred before, it accelerated under his admin. Without births, the state's overall population would have declined, as more people left Minnesota than international immigrants arrived there in the past few years. States like Texas, Florida, Arizona, and North Carolina are increasing population in all 3 growth phases due to favorable politics, weather, and job opportunities. You can look at this chart and see for yourself, which uses census data - https://trerc.tamu.edu/data/population/?data-State=Minnesota It's actually interesting how the domestic migration for MN started growing again before Walz got in office.
Every state gains from international immigration, but states like Louisiana and Illinois are losing population due to high domestic out-migration (people living there already leaving) and low birth rates. West Virginia, despite gaining domestic migrants, has more deaths than births, leading to an overall population decline. During Walz's tenure Minnesota started trending in Illinois' direction after having reversed the trend before he got there.
The saddest thing is that ATW actually believes this crap. I don't know how and when he lost his mind.
Yeah, I get that. But did Minny lose population? Looks to me like immigration covered emigration? Not sure why it really matters though, and I could sure be wrong.
