One of those people who can't enjoy any game, movie, tv series, theater, concert, book or social board game without starting a fight about was it correctly rated (2 or 4, 6 or 8, 8 or 10) or was the new drummer or actor **** compared to old one and was it racist to choose the best one as new because the old one was Samoan.

Nah Maldy came up in big situations last year in the first two games of the ALCS. More than likely Diaz comes through in a atleast one of those changing the series. Espada has had some first year blunders, but somehow still has them fighting for the division even without his 2nd best player, and his 4/5 of his SP rotation. I blame the FO, they knew they needed more pitching in January, but relied on guys coming back in July. And didn’t address 1B knowing abreu was a liability, get a reliable CF and should have made another move last week. I agree, espada needs to sit Chas and let Leon figure out if he’s going to be a player or not.

 

Our team is worse because of the injuries. 100% Espada isn't necessarily an improvement over Dusty, but Dusty playing Maldy over Diaz and sitting Chas against LHP was just plain stupid.
