    Hey dudes.

I'm thinking of doing some computer repair work on the side, and I usually just order personal parts via pricewatch.com.

However, I know most people won't want to wait a week for their parts to arrive, so I'm trying to find suggestion for wholesalers in town.

I live in Atascocita (Humble), which is like 25 miles or so NE of town. Anyone know of places in that area? Or maybe on the NE in general?

This place has good prices. It's in Houston, on Harwin. You can check the site for the best way to buy from them in person at their warehouse.

Oops, I see you wanted NE, my bad.

When you say "wholesalers" are you talking about true wholesalers/distributors like Tech Data or just places where you can get hardware cheaper like newegg.com, directron.com, etc.?

You also might want to check out Axion Technologies. They have great prices on a lot of stuff, but they are out at 59 and W. Bellfort. I know that's the opposite side of town from where you are, but if you order from them online, it should get to you pretty quick anywhere in the Houston area. In fact, I never go out there unleess it's something that will cost too much to ship. I usually get my stuff in two to three days. (assuming it's in stock, of course)

Dude, their prices are more expensive than directron.com and other mom and pop stores. It's better to get computer equipment from pricewatch.com.

What i have noticed from my company is that we tend to buy things from different places becuase each one of them sells particular things cheaper than others. So you really have to do some looking around before buying them.
