Jarrett Allen, the Rocket who isn't

In my limited experience - this Scotto bro is like the bargain bin Shams/Woj - just carrying the most obvious, not very interesting, team/agent posturing "scoops"

 

I get that the market has changed...but 75 million a year to Mobley and Allen is hard to wrap my head around

Cleveland is basically on track for the 2nd apron soon with only Garland-Mitchell-Mobley- Allen - seems weird given that they're not that great.
