Trevor Richards??? He's playing like garbage lately. Probably worse than Kikuchi. I would prefer Green.
I haven't been watching him. The games I saw him pitching in earlier this year, he threw the ball well.
What’s more likely? Fixing a player who has good stuff and was really really good to start the season? Or any of the guys we gave up turning into much of anything at the MLB level long term?
This is beyond depressing. Because this is the GM we got in charge. So it's a larger problem than just this move.
I can see Loperfido, Wagner, and a throw in but adding a 50 FV borderline top 100 guy is hard to justify. Maybe they are still shook from the Rangers winning the WS off the back of a relatively unheralded rental lol.

I'm only stat watching but Google his name and look at his last 10 games. It's pretty bad. And looks like you were right. In that 10 games, his ERA was 2.49 but since gone up to 4.64.
Only mentioned that Bloss and another player was missing in the dugout (loperfido im sure). Couldn't say more as nothing was official.
This organization handled Loperfido incorrectly from the start. They very obviously didn't value him nearly as much as everyone else did. Time will tell, but I think they probably ****ed this all up.
