You obviously are not watching this in the same house with my girlfriend.

    Apparently there's never enough.

snoop's mainstream appeal should be studied. Snoop is still holding up the Crips gang sign in olympic selfies! lol!

Snoop and Chalres Barkley are probably the only 2 people on this planet that can getaway with just about anything

On a side note; archery is insane. They shoot from 50 meters out, thats just short of 55 yards away.

So I finally got around to watching all of the opening ceremonies and pretty impressive. If I hadn’t heard about the “Last Supper” controversy I wouldn’t have caught it in the fashion show segment. That particularly image forn what I saw was only a few seconds and then it panned out into the fashion show.

The Eiffel Tower light show was amazing and I think with that and the cauldron lighting were amazing. The rain actually helped though as the rain drops and clouds enhanced the lighting.

also I thought it was great to have the 100 year old Olympian participate in the torch relay. Was glad to see Teddy Riner to as one of the ones to light the cauldron. He has been one of the best recent Judoka and it was good for Judo to see him get that recognition.

I’ve never been a big Celine Dion fan but her performance was great and the right touch for ending the ceremonies.

Overall one of the better opening ceremonies with a very creative usage of using the river and the city instead of just the Olympic stadium.
