    The Mrs. bought some fancy farm fresh eggs yesterday, so I'm going to make a quiche tonight. A recipe I only started during the Biden administration.

    So effete, so liberal. And with the potato-parmesan crust I make for it? ... Delicious.

    I used to be big on egg whites. But unless you are a gym rat, there's no point to eating a crazy amount of eggs. Especially today when protein powder is 10x easier.

    Sure I do protein shakes too but there is no substitute to eating real foods when you’re trying to build muscles. Old timers body builders know this fact well so they were eating real foods back in the pre-steroids and all of the latest cutting edge performance enhancers days. Their classic physique looks a lot better too than the modern ones.

    Since a dozen eggs only costs 60 cents in the 70s and Rocky drank 5 eggs. That comes out to be a quarter for this breakfast of champions.

    You (OP) got a problem with hard boiled eggs? I like to get some of my protein from eggs (for my muscles after workouts) so I’ll do 3 hard boiled eggs in the egg cooker. Then, I’ll make egg salad. Then, two pieces of whole wheat toast. I spread the egg salad on both pieces and then powder the **** out of it with Cayenne Pepper. It hits the spot.

    I do egg whites international. Low fat and high protein. Mix them with my greens and fiber every morning.

    I can’t believe how cheap eggs are. Farmer has to raise chickens, feed the chicken, gather eggs, grade the eggs, put them in those cardboard egg crate, and deliver them to the grocery store. And I pay only $1.99 per dozen. That seems ridiculously cheap.
