Soundtrack for this flick was pretty fire also. INXS's Good Times had been on my workout playlist for a minute (the song in the "you missed sucka"/"death by stereo" scene), but there's several other bangers on there... including the one by Cappello. Yeah... movie is a classic and I think Dianne Wiest is one of the reasons for it. She always plays this type of role well, but then again I don't think I've seen a movie where she hasn't played this role. Have seen her in a play here in town called Happy Days that was something completely different (and depressing as hell), but still... not a movie. Even the series that we're watching right now, The Mayor of Kingstown... same role. It works though and I like her, so whatevs... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
good observation, I love Mayor of Kingstown and it didn't dawn on me that was her.....well played sir
He toured with Tina Turner for awhile, he was a multi-instrumentalist for the band, and sax hype man in the same style as his performance on the Lost Boys.
I’d imagine it would make my top 20 as far as favorite movies of all time. Maybe top 5 from the 80’s. vampire movies I love that are sometimes maligned…. Buffy The Vampire Slayer (RIP Donald) John Carpenters Vampires The Lost Boys Fright Noght
Its a good thing too because watching less than zero, lost boys or even twister makes you realize her acting is turrible.
