I don't think you will reach a conclusive opinion, Trump has chosen his platforms and will not stray from them. He won't expand on anything other than what he is running on which is immigration (again) and inflation.... I just don't see him giving out more information about his true plans for Bitcoin. He probably doesn't have a plan for anything tbh, he might just be speaking on what Biden has destroyed that he knows people are paying attention to.

He's literally scheduled to speak at the Bitcoin conference in Nashville this week. If he manages to get up there and say nothing it will be a disappointing surprise.

That being said, Trump is a world class lying bullshit artist so regardless of what he says I have to take it with a mountain of salt.

I think Trump's inability to tell the truth or deliver on his word will ultimately be his undoing with me, but we'll see.

I don’t see the trump administration being pro bitcoin. They are going to put the Chase CEO in to power and Chase hates bitcoin.

The best case for bitcoin is to ignore it and let it grow on its own and to not try to stifle or boost it.

I have a hunch Trump will only talk about immigration and inflation at the Bitcoin conference and talk very little about Bitcoin and give no in depth plans whatsoever about Bitcoin in the future of this country. I'm glad he is talking about it thou, lets see what happens....

I think Trump does see Bitcoin as an economical threat to the U.S if rightfully established in other countries like El Salvador has ben trying to do and wants to beat everyone to the punch just in case this does become a major factor in the future. Not that smaller countries can hurt the U.S economy in any way but if a few manage to latch on Trump would rather be first than 4th or last....

Well it already happened this year at the libertarian convention, I just don't see Trump not using the platform to campaign. I'll be genuinely shocked if he focuses solely on Bitcoin and the future of it in this country. It be good if he did....

It is just like Trump has no idea of how anything works. Just like.

Trump wants a refund of his campaign's wasted money. Maybe Mexico will pay for it?

Trump will be all like ... "I have this plan on fixing immigration. I held the plan back in my first term, so that it would the highlight of my second term. I plan on publicly releasing in two weeks my entire immigration plan along with my taxes, my infrastructure plan, my replacement for ObamaCare, ...

I suspect VP Harris will not let Trump get away with saying he will fix immigration in his second term while doing jack **** in first.

It wouldn't be a surprise if he has already asked his lawyers to sue the DNC for fraud and for "forcing" him, Congressional Republicans and the RNC to spend all that money and effort over the past 2 years on attacking Biden.

AI and Bitcoin, they need tremendous energy, tremendous. Nuclear energy, that's the answer. My uncle, brilliant man, went to MIT. Good genes. I know nuclear, believe me. I absorb it, like a sponge. Smart people, nuclear scientists, they come to me. I tell them how to do it, they're amazed. 'Sir,' they say, 'we never thought of that. What a great idea!' Nobody knows more about nuclear than me. Two hours looking at Bitcoin nuke, and I know more than anybody. It's true.

Truthfully Trump can not fix immigration, not really.... Its all political talk.....What he can do and what I think he should do is strengthen the border and discourage people from coming. People will always come into this country no matter how high the border walls are or how many times you deport them.

This is where I think Biden gave Trump power in the current election, what was the end game of opening the border and creating havoc in many cities? Biden could have easily implemented better immigration laws and opportunities without giving up the border entirely while also strengthening Trump's campaign.

Kamala can call Trump out all she wants but the damage is done, if she really want's to make people question anything she should try implementing better immigration policies that are still for immigration but also showing strength at the border so that non maga voters that have seen complete immigrant take overs in their counties and cities know that she will give them back their cities and facilities.

Its not racist, maga, conservative or white supremacist to have strong difficult borders to get through in order to reach this country. Democrats cornered themselves by selling it that way and now have a legitimate problem. You can still be pro immigration and pro strong borders, what does Trump run on then?

Nuclear is absolutely necessary in the interim for non-natural energy production, but Bitcoin is the key to a clean, abundant energy future. Here's why:

    1) Bitcoin incentivizes harnessing of "stranded" energy. These are energy sources that are too far from markets to provide enough value for producers to engage them. Bitcoin provides these producers a market incentive to go where energy is and create infrastructure to harness, store, and transport that energy. All the while Bitcoin absorbs any unwanted energy and off-sets costs. This greatly improves the quality of life for those near the energy source and provides more energy to the grid as a whole.

    2) Bitcoin consumes "wasted" energy. The process of energy production (and other industrial processes) often creates energy by-products which are considered waste and disposed of, oftentimes in a harmful manner. An example of this is methane flaring, which is a common process used in oil and gas production. Bitcoin allows the use of these unwanted energy sources to power its network and financially reward its participants.

    3) Sustainable energy has two major issues; inconsistent throughput and inflexible demand response. Our energy grid needs to be capable of responding to decreases in supply and increases in demand. There is currently no market incentive to build more solar panels, wind turbines, or hydroelectric dams than is needed on average throughout the year. This limits renewable energy's capability to respond to supply or demand shock. Bitcoin allows renewable energy producers a way to monetize their excess energy during times of high supply and low demand. This makes creating green energy infrastructure far more financially viable. Further still, since Bitcoin miners can be turned off at the drop of a hat, Bitcoin allows energy producers of all-stripes to be able to scale up during periods of increased demand by either contracts with 3rd party miners or by ramping down their own mining operations. No other technology offers this besides Bitcoin.

Very sad that the GOP is propping up this old, tired man into his 80s. He should be enjoying retirement on the golf course.

Agree with alot of what you said regarding migrants and how that particular issue has hurt Biden.

However, Trump's aspirations of indiscriminate mass deportation is unethical if taken literally. And if it's to be taken nuanced, he has given no tangible plan on how to execute this plan. How will he round up 20m "illegals"? Who will round them up? Police officers? National Guard? Uniformed officers rounding up dozens/hundreds of people like cattle into the back of vans? Good luck with the optics of that going viral on social media across the world.

How will they identify who is illegal and who isn't? Stop and frisk? If you're brown, show me your identification? They need to carry their passport around now?

Where will you keep these 20m people while they await to get processed? In camps? In hotels? What about the people who've lived here their entire lives? Or what happens to the children (citizens by the way) whose parents are being deported?

Basically Trump has no plan. He never did. That's why he never goes into specifics about anything and knows jack **** about policy.

Trump says whatever he believes his followers would like to hear, like "build the wall" and make Mexico pay for it. How exactly was he going to get Mexico to pay for did? Did Mexico pay for it?

So to me, despite Biden's failures on immigration, immigratiom issues under Trump would be a even bigger shitshow.

Interesting how the law gets applied in this country. I've been hearing a lot of "the law is the law" surrounding Donald Trump the last couple of years.

Yes, you can still be ethical. For example, I'm not proposing throwing Trump in a concentration camp. But I also don't believe the president is above the law and should be held accountable.

What Trump and MAGA are proposing is that they would be okay with putting 20m human beings in what effectively would be concentration camps or open air prisons, until they "figure out what to do next".

Are illegal immigrants above the law or should they be held accountable? Apparently 10s of millions can just go right ahead and violate U.S. laws and face absolutely no consequences.
