Here's the thing though. Astros have a lot more information than just these 150 in-game ABs. Maybe Chas is looking like trash in the cage, not barreling balls or crap bat speed or whatever. Even kids these days can track their bat speed. Or maybe the Astros simply believe (based again on measurables) that Meyers is a better athlete and is much more likely to play at a higher level. Or maybe he's nursing injuries. Point is, the decision is probably best for the Astros.
Eh, was actually more dissapointing as I didn’t realize how bad his metrics were across the board till this forced the deep dive. Was actually trying to find something that could better explain his fall-off.
