If that's what you call "not caring about the pay of firefighters" I cab safely assume there is no good faith dialogue here.

And why didn't DeSantis do this earlier then as he was governor since 2019? Seems like the timeline support this as a political move coinciding with his 2022 culture war agenda.

I meant the timeline of legal events. Every time some headline broke, people said "oh DeSantis is cooked, Bob Iger is more powerful than the democratically elected governor YAH!!"

But to your question, all moves in politics are political. You need political capital to make them happen.

It doesn't make them not liable, it just makes you go to arbitration instead of suing in civil court. I doubt this will hold up anyway. Presumably the judge will limit it to disputes related to Disney+, not totally unrelated issues.

 

they should at least for fire the waiter/waitress who said the food doesn't have allergens.
