Annoyingly the NBL doesn't appear to track 3p% on their site for stats.

17.3pts 5.9reb 1.7 ast .3 blk .5 stl on 52% from the field and 84% from the free throw line. Problem is, I really don't know how that stacks up. NBL is even more esoteric than Euroleagues so those number might stack up trash compared to NBA talent for all I know lol.

Plays for my local team. Guy has massively turned his career around and has heaps of confidence in his game, hit some absolutely huge shots last season.

He's a no hesitation shooter but has really improved his inside game too and has a lovely little mid range fade when backing down a defenser that he pulls out a lot and hits at a high rate.

I have no idea how it will translate to NBA but he can play 2 through 4.

40 minutes so numbers will always be down. Certainly a lot less hero ball than NBA, similar to Europe so no one has huge numbers. Lamelo Ball and Josh Giddey are probably the ones that spring to mind for comparing NBL numbers to NBA numbers the following season.

The Rockets should start playing Southern Cross during time-outs.

So with Dante and Nate Williams already on 2-way contracts, does this mean we are full up on the roster now?

Apparently (I looked it up) you can just waive and replace them if we want to switch to different guys on two ways so that's not too bad.

Intel from an Aussie Rockets fan:

    Jack McVeigh is no good.

Feel free to watch him at the Olympics. He is a 6'8 tweeter who lacks the quickness to guard the perimeter and the strength to guard the post.

Decent shooter, but not athletic enough to be an NBA player. Could be really nice for the Vipers??

Kinda seems like a different archetype/position version of Tate or Landale--older international guy with proven skills who could be useful as an 11th man on the squad. Probably not going to get minutes unless there are multiple injuries, but he should be able to come off the bench if that does happen.

I remember us doing that last year. Good call. There may be hope for Orlando Robinson yet.

Salty Melbourne fan? No good? Guy was just Finals MVP in a league the #2 pick came out of.

Bit light to defend big 4's but a lot of those multi position guys are. He's no elite defender but high IQ and there's far worse getting around.
