Sarr is still a special player who is very raw. Big that can shoot and handle like a 3 or 2 with a pull up game. Whether he be KG or Christian Wood it remains to be seen.

Yeah, I agree 100%. Keep Curry's name out of any nic for Sheppard. It puts a bad taste in my mouth.

 

I didnt catch this. But yeah, my only xoncern with cam is he seems to have a 1 track mind lol

Would that even help though? Because we don't need him to thrive in a bigger role. We need him to thrive as a 3rd/4th option type shooter.

 

Went to bed happy for the Rockets future, but then woke up hoping Reed isn't the second coming of Von Wafer

 

If that 1 track is helping the team win, I am all for it.

He did it at a high level in college last year as well. He isn't James Harden or Michael Jordan getting into the paint, but he is good at it - and has great touch in the lane.

There are no Olajuwon's or David Robinson's out there like 30 years ago.

Wemby will likely cause problems for Reed, as he does everyone - but that is just one guy.

Chet is a very good defensive player, but a different type of defender.

Olajuwon and Robinson had the advantage of being a lot stronger and also they could hand check.

Now - the style of game is just so different than in the past.

 

I think those guys are just hating on Stone more than anything else.They basically said Stone is a liar and unprofessional for daring to say they would take Cocaine Curry over Sarr.

For Sarr getting outplayed by Orlando Robinson who got cut from Heat is just embarrassing esp after everyone said he was a tier above everyone else. Maybe its just nerves and he will play better in season like Wemby and BM.

 

The problem is his drive.
He was giving off Ayton vibes to me last night.
When he's not involved in the offense, he gives up easily and just stands there.
I may be looking into it too much, but that's not a good look from a top pick IMO.

 

Hate the Warriors' golden boy associated in any way with a Sheppard nic. A great nic is a unique one, not associated with some other player's name.
