What is concerning to me is that the FBI is in charge of the investigation into any attempt on the life of someone in secret service protection.
It has no part in politics. It's sad that it happened and doubly sad if it helps Trump in any way. Getting shot at doesn't really factor into how good of a leader someone is or isn't.
Trump himself tells people he's a would-be dictator. He is a threat to democracy. All of that is true.
I will say again this is bad and nothing good can come out of it. It is very important we don't jump to conclusions about this and rhetoric either celebrating this or calling for revenge is very irresponsible. Violence is the last thing this country needs more of.
