I am happy for Knecht this dude will be a fan favorite on the Lakers. He is playing with scrubs but on the Lakers he will feast a lot of those shots he made he was only open for half a second.

Reed Sheppard had the best debut of any rookie thus far. Shot the ball everywhere on the court and was really active on both sides. I dunno if he can get on the floor with FVV and Holiday in his way but he is special.

Whitmore showed a lot of maturity gave way multiple times to his teammates who prob need to show off more than he does so they can get signed to other teams.

AJ Griffin played good defense but had a horrible offense, lost his shot for some reason. But every rookie has been having bad shooting performance except for RS so ok I'll cut him some slack. But I dont think he will make it next season with this type of play as a 3rd year he should be dominating SL.

NFaly Dante looks healthy and mobile, reports said he had some knee issues but as Scola has said he looks ok. He looks good as a 2 way and should be kept all year.

I like that he’s like Amen and Sengun in that he can impact the game multiple ways. Impressed me. I wasn’t the happiest about the pick but have to admit I am pleased with his first impression!

Active hands defensively. Liked his passing. Thought he could have had more assists.

I don't know if they are riding his dick or just riding the story. Nobody thinks he is good.

He’s got some things to work on, I don’t think he’s even close to being a starter yet but that was pretty much everything you wanted to see from

His on ball defense was almost as bad as the tape says this game, a lot of pretty odd blow bys where he's just not even in the right position, but obviously he is an insane defensive play maker, I talked to other guys on this and the comp I came up with Sheppard's defense is hilariously Russell Westbrook (trying to steal everything and not really in position to defend guys on ball.)

I hear ya. I'll remember sitting in a hotel in Louisiana after evacuating from a hot house with no electricity. Won't ever forget. I'm also gonna remember 3 blocks in his first game. That was the cherry on top of a solid first performance in a Rockets jersey.

Reed looked out of place like most really good players do in summer league.

The quick handle and shiftiness shows me he will be our future pg no question. Smart simple reads, nothing extravegant or eye popping but smart safe passes to open guys.

I let him play 1 more game then bench him the rest of summer league along with cam

Absolutely agree he looked lost on defense, especially at the beginning, but after his shot started falling he seemed to get more comfortable. Definitely the thre point threat that is desperately needed on this team.

Cocaine Curry hands down lol. Don’t know that we’ll hear it on air though. Can’t see Ackerman or Hollins using it unfortunately.
