I'll take it all with a grain of salt, a "Beryl is headed toward Corpus Christi" skepticism. If true, you need to find a great deal with an Eastern Conference team. But tough to believe overall.
i believe it. He's been our greatest trade chip and we'd get the greatest return right now or before that max contract. Capped out teams may overpay to get him on his rookie contract. Face it, we can't pay them all. as much i'd hate to see him go, i'd rather get a great return than gamble on his 3 point shot developing.
I fail to understand where Sengun is not living up to the expectations of his abilities based on where he was drafted? Dude is an absolute stud and a rare find in this league and the org wants to trade him? He's the best draft pick the Rockets have had since Yao. WTH is wrong with people? You got him on the cheap, developed him and now want to move him? Foolishness. Build around him!
Its clear! Other than Denver and Philadelphia, how many teams are.playing through centers? And if he's not dominant, like Jokic or Embiid, it slows down the offense. That's why Indy traded Sabonis
What return could possibly be worth it to us? What we need is a #1 option, superstar-level player. Unless one of those randomly shakes loose somehow, I don't see the point in trading him.
There is not a single player in the league I would trade Sengun for. This is what the Rockets should say:
Uh, that's a video of Jokic Thats what Denver would say about Jokic, not what Houston would say about Sengun. Think about it! He is not Jokic.
it's pretty clear the Rockets need to come out with an official statement in response to Burt Steele's baseless rumor-mongering
I believe it. This could’ve a similar trade like when the Lakers moved Vadle Divac. It doesn’t mean Vlade wasn’t good, they just moved him for the right piece.
Well, I know that's your perspective. I'd still trade him for Jokic, Luka, SGA, Ant, maybe Giannis or Tatum. He has a long way to go to become a top 5ish player (or future one in Ant's case) like those guys and there's no guarantee he'll ever get there.
