I think Markkanen would be a nice get if Green was to be traded and if Jabari Smith could be moved to SF and if the price was right. But that’s a lot of ifs. I’m sure other teams would bid higher for Markkanen anyway. There aren’t a lot of relatively cheap needle-moving players on the market.
The commissar Adam Silver should encourage growing organically. Instead it punishes great scouting. It's bad enough we're subjected to his stupid glow in the dark blood red courts and limp tournaments.
