    Unfortunately, behind a paywall...

Donald Trump wins a big victory at the Supreme Court
His lawyers’ attempt to delay the election-subversion case worked

Read an article the other day about a guy who consults with Fortune 500 CEOs…he said, as we know, big companies want predictability. He said of all the guys he consults with…and it’s a lot…they’re terrified of Trump because of their concern about the effect on institutions that underpin our entire system. I don’t think those big companies are going to be as receptive to this as you might think.

No, by giving immunity for official acts to the (office of the) President. This isn't just applicable to Biden -- did you honestly think that? Very poor argument.

Think a step ahead, or be like El_Conquistador and think 5 steps ahead. The Democrats are trying to strip power from the President by exposing him to lawsuits. They want to neuter the President's power. They want this because they fully control the 4th branch of government -- the Administrative State. They also control jury pools in DC -- a powerful weapon if abused (which the Democrats are perfectly willing to do).

SCOTUS rightly saw through this scheme and restored power to the office of the President, and avoided the very selfish and dangerous path that the Democrats' lawfare was taking our country on. This case was in front of SCOTUS only because of the Democrats' lawfare against President Trump. Without that, the issue of immunity doesn't get ruled on... Once again, a Democrat power grab is nullified -- and rightly so -- for the good of our Republic.

    GOOD DAY

No I didn’t think it was just applicable to Biden…but it’s certainly not NOT applicable to Biden. Very poor argument, TJ. So Biden can do RIGHT NOW what any president could be excused of until this ridiculous ruling is overturned. I thought you were smart enough to catch that nuance…oh well. And just imagine what he and his team could do now!! Be very aware that you may not like the President that can ultimately take advantage of this very same immunity. For the record, I hate this ruling regardless of who is President. You know I’ve voted both sides of the aisle in Presidential elections. All the rest of your gobbledygook doesn’t really deserve a response. Still hoping Rice can eek out an athletic department! Fingers crossed, buddy!!! Sláinte!

For all those who have been going on about the “Biden Crime Family” this means that Joe Biden could literally accept foreign bribes as President and not be prosecuted.

I doubt they'd even let me in, honestly :) But I'm not going anywhere. Thomas Patrick McMahon (my great great grandfather) didn't endure all that **** to get here and fight for the Union and end up with a King again a few generations later. **** that noise.

The maga court will do its best to make sure this question never sees the light of day before the election.

Hope Hicks' testimony is no longer admissible. Bye bye conviction.

This is one of about a dozen reasons why this case will be overturned.

So now the Biden regime can execute political opponents in a non-republic-threatening way. No need to mess with the law at all. Excellent solution to the lawfare problem.
