No player on a team that couldn't make the playoffs should be anywhere near the 1st team.

They thought they were gonna win at a high rate with Olidapo, Wall, EG & Wood .... it wasn't until they didn't that they tore it down and realized it was time to tank.

I have a lot of belief in Edwards, but the hope for him is that he becomes as good as SGA already is, yeah.

First of all, what is your definition of "the future"? Next year? 3 years from now?

OKC will be better next year, while the Rockets will be better 3 years from now.
Sam Presti is a skilled general manager, but he does have a critical weakness. Following the departures of Kevin Durant and James Harden, his focus has been on drafting players and making moves that provide good value. This approach is similar to hitting singles in baseball, but he's hesitant to take big swings for a home run. While this strategy keeps Oklahoma City competitive, it has not resulted in playoff success. In contrast, the Rockets are taking bold moves in the offseason under the leadership of Stone. Though he's made some mistakes, I appreciate his proactive approach rather than solely seeking "value" contracts like Austin Reeves. Sometimes, you may need to sacrifice more to gain less. However, if you can improve your team even slightly, it may be worth it. Sam is not inclined to do that. Because of this, I believe the Rockets have a brighter future.
