It wasn't my intent to mock. I was just trying to give you a compliment for a specific comment, while not complimenting the "listen, stupid" remarks. Do I really have a usual "not to be mean" insertion? I am not incredulous, I just don't notice. I do know I have a tendency to add "I'm kidding" to mean, sarcastic comments when I am first making friends with someone in real life (but only with certain people, for some reason...I seem to only say it to people who "get it" and don't say it to those who get offended), so I am curious as to whether something similar has spilled over into my simulacra life.
You don't feel insulted when after answering questions, you post one yourself and get nothing troll behavior? For example, if instead of attempting to engage you in this conversation like a civilized thinking human being, what if I just called you a brainwashed neo-con fool, said this discussion was over and then posted a picture of a lock? Would you feel like not only were you personally insult but that the entire goal of the D&D as an open discussion board for hot button issues was insulted as well?
No, I just ran two thoughts together: I was just jerking your chain a little and advocating mocking in some situations...
That would pretty much be a normal reply to something I've said around here. It's just water off my back.
