He admitted doing it and claimed an addiction to p*rnography. 1244 Rand York tried to protect and cover up rape of nine-year-old child by a pastor he supervised. Told the child’s mother not to report to police. 1245 Nathaniel Jon Pineda, a teacher at Dream City Christian School in Glendale, AZ, has been charged with luring a minor, four counts of sexual conduct with a minor and four counts of sexual abuse. Caught when parents found texts on 15yo daughter’s phone 1246 Cole Carter, Alabama fireman, pleaded guilty to sexually abusing two children and creating Child Sexual Abuse Material. 1247 Cortney T. I think only simple minded folks don't understand that being a pedophile has nothing to do with party affiliation, being straight or gay, rich or poor, or ethnicity. Pedophiles are mentally ill human beings, and they all belong behind bars, so they can't harm children.

From Oct 2023... Deputy details 'devastating' conditions of Sissonville barn where children were found locked inside CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — The couple charged with gross child neglect after deputies found children locked in a barn in Sissonville had preliminary hearings scheduled Thursday. The man, Donald Lantz, waived his hearing, but the court went ahead with his wife Jeanne Whitefeather's prelim as both cases will now head to the grand jury. Deputy H.K. Burdette with the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office who initially responded to Whitefeather and Lantz's home last week was the only witness to take the stand during Thursday's hearing. She detailed responding to the 911 call from a concerned neighbor and showing up on scene on Monday, Oct. 2. She testified that she arrived at the barn and knocked and heard rustling. However, once she assured the two teens on the other side that they were not in trouble she said one told her they could not open the padlocked door on their own and were locked in from outside. Burdette said she attempted to contact their adoptive parents, Lantz and Whitefeather, but was unsuccessful. Eventually she forced her way in. “I was repulsed for the lack of a better term," she said of the conditions inside. "As soon as the door was opened the heat from inside hit us. The smell it made my eyes water. It was terrible. Just the condition of the shed was devastating.” According to the criminal complaint, the two had dirty clothes and smelled of body odor. Burdette said there was only a concrete floor, a pan on a tarp to serve as the bathroom and a table and chair. She said that there was no bedding and no air conditioning and only a loaf of bread and cups of warm water. “The children said it was an everyday thing. That was all the oldest child told me," Burdette said on the stand. Burdette said they later made entry into the actual home on the property on Cheyenne Lane. There, another younger child was found inside the house. Burdette said the child was "petite" and "terrified" and would not approach them until one of the other children encouraged her. Burdette described the house as nice but was hot and empty with hardly any furniture. All children were adopted by Whitefeather and Lantz both in their 60s. It was revealed in court that the two had just moved to West Virginia within the past year from Washington state. They were not home at the time deputies made the discovery and neither were their two other children but they did arrive later. Lantz and Whitefeather were arrested and charged with gross child neglect creating a substantial risk of injury. Deputies said Whitefeather told them the children "liked it." “You heard the testimony today," Kanawha County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Debra Rusnak said. "What the children were going through was frankly horrifying and despicable.” The initial 911 caller said the children were forced to do farm work and not allowed inside the house. She said that she had called Child Protective Services multiple times on this family. Once the caller saw them locked inside the barn and watched Lantz and Whitefeather leave is when she made the call to 911. “Step up. Reach out. Let people know what’s going on in your communities," Rusnak said. "If you see something that’s going wrong or something that causes you concern please report it because you never know what’s happening behind closed doors," A request was made from the defense to reduce bond to $10,000 for Whitefeather arguing she's a first time offender. Rusnak said that she is a danger and that bond should be kept at $200,000. Magistrate Leslie Grace agreed and kept bond as is. He said there was enough probable cause to send this case on to grand jury. With the other prelim waived, that case will also go to grand jury. Were there twitch whisper messages with an individual minor back in 2017? The answer is yes. Were there real intentions behind these messages, the answer is absolutely not. These were casual, mutual conversations that sometimes leaned too much in the direction of being inappropriate, but nothing more.
