Okey, just asked my friend, 1410 is among EE and CS major, 1238 is the avg for the whole school, still the one of the highest, if not the highest in Texas.
Yep, was there yesterday (Pluckers wings were alright- it's right outside my dorm, but I like Wingzone better). I'm planning on attending regularly; I missed the first one because of some other commitments. I've been fairly busy pledging this semester. I have a pretty light schedule though (by design, knowing what pledging would be like), so it's been very manageable. HAYJON- First test is tomorrow actually. And I have no stacked tests this semester- though I have them on back-to-back-to-back tests one week. I've never been an all night studier anyway. Jebus- I'm pretty good about attending class. Only class I skip is calculus-and I tutor my friends in that class who go to class consistently, as well as TA sessions. But right on about the parties.
Cool. I'm the Social Director of HBA, the tall Indian guy. Food isn't under my jurisdiction, but I'll let the others know your opinion on wings And by the way, not all meetings are of the boring corporate variety. Those where just the only days those companies could come. Good luck with pledging by the way.
so, anyone know what an adjusted 1410 SAT score would have been before adjustment? a link would be great. tried googling sat adjustment, got a whole lotta irrelevant crap that i didn't feel like sifting through.
hell, this is my 5th year and it's still all parties and skipping class... 7-year program, here i come!
college is awesome.... good luck, lots of work tho, but also lots of time to nap and just waste time awayyyyy.
I already failed two tests in bio...which I'll be majoring in...which really sucks. Time to stop procrastinating! At least the girls here are very hot.
yep, ijust failed a test in calc, and sad thing is that i had alrady done this in HS. O well, just first semester, right?
time?!? Where do you go and what are you majoring in? College was crazy for me. No time to sleep or stop and take a break.
Bad news is that I need a 3.5 to stay in the honors program. Good news is that they don't start kicking people out until junior year. So I have lots of time to get good grades in other classes.
I'm into my first month of law school. You have no idea how much more I respect lawyers now. My head is as'pload.
astro101....where are you living? im a freshman at baylor too...penland baby. Having a blast here this place is awesome.
2 months left. Get me the heck out of here! I'm tired of being broke as hell and taking redundant classes about overlapping subjects. Astro101, you think 2 Bio classes are bad? try taking NOTHING BUT Bio classes. 13 hours of Biology with a 3 hour public health lab that's more like 15 hours. Spread your electives out! Save some for later. I made my bed the past 4 years. Now I'm sleeping in it. speaking of sleep.... I probably should sleep sometime before my Bio test tomorrow.....
