Max Zula just took the same (already playoffs) team Ime inherited to the championship over an indomitable Luka.

Also no reported sexting. He might only have a flip phone, he is an odd looking dude.

Ime meanwhile lost to Mitch Wiggins son in the Finals who is not even good.

    Contrast?

3 years of extra maturity from Tatum and Brown, Jrue Holiday for Marcus Smart and insert Kristoph Porzingis.... DEF not comparing apples to orange or anything... SMH

It's a totally different team than the one Ime coached. KP, Holiday, bringing back Horford etc....

You're strange, this whole thing is strange. You asked to contrast and then the differences were pointed out and you go "excuses". This is nothing, quite obviously.

Luka was actually quite domitable in this series. His few flaws were all exposed.

That said, it was great coaching and solid execution by the players that got it done.

This is how people talk when they get drunk in Napa. Did you have too much at Yao’s winery? Also I thought his name was Joey Mozzarella.

Maybe IME thought he was being SMART when instead he really needed to go on HOLIDAY.

Think Both are solid coaches. Lot of Celtics fans/media doubted Mazzulla. The key is to see through outside reputation (or lack of), if you know your personnel is solid, Brad did that with Joe.

Mentioned this a while back and on a recent RocketsWatch. Mazzulla has been with the Celtics for 5 seasons (Ime was there for 1 season). So Joe has been there growing with them (Tatum/Brown) for almost the entire time. I do believe that when Ime was there; that team took a leap forward. As Rocket fans, I am also happy that Ime was able to take his BOS assistants here to HOU.

Joe with this stacked roster, had some good assistants as well: a ring for Cassell, and Charles Lee (who's going to be head coach of the Hornets).

Lastly, not sure if people caught Joe's presser last night, he thanked the people (coaches & players) who were there prior building the squad. He didn't name names; but you can imagine he was thinking of guys like Marcus Smart, and depending on the view; other people who came and went: including Ime's crew.

I just regret that the Rockets contention window isn't open right now because the West is as wide open as it has has ever been. There are no spurs, lakers, Warriors in sight, OKC truthers notwithstanding.
