    it's completely "ok" - they only took exactly $900 each times 57 individuals, well actually $9000 each times 57 individuals but who is counting right? No one will be held accountable regardless..

    Why do we mainly see this in certain political states only? Strange phenomenon :rolleyes:

    As usual someone has misconstrued the law. All the law did was change the penalty to match the penalty for vaginal sex with someone underage.
