Luka had like 10 fouls, n they didn't call that clear path on him prior to him fouling out. If anything the refs helped Dallas as much as they could
Cry some more. LOL. Are these the worst NBA playoffs of the last 30 years? I think maybe so. And I have nothing against the Celtics. They're like the only truly decent team in the entire tournament.
I hate seeing Boston win anything, but the Celtics were clearly the best team in the NBA all season. I find it funny people have tried to downplay everything about them. The team has no significant holes. Dallas caught a good match up against Minny, but they were never gonna win this series against a clearly superior team. It's one of the more lopsided finals matchups I've ever seen. The team around Doncic still isn't all that great, but he's gonna catch the heat cause when you are at that level that's the way it works. Him being anything short of dominant and they will lose.
Considering their record after the trades, I think Dallas has a legit team. No need to make excuses for Luca. It was good enough to get to the finals. Minni and OKC were healthy when they played. Only team that wasn't healthy was the Clippers.
I will be the first to admit the refs definitely didn't do the Mavs any favors, BUT I truly believe it's because this is the Finals and they are done with Luka and the whining. Celtics brought the physicality and the Mavs didn't. Glad to see Tatum at least resemble his dominant self a bit, though clearly Brown is the MVP. I'm not even the happiest about Dallas losing, but the iso heavy Harden type offense losing to team basketball.
I like seeing Luka get exposed for being a gigantic cry baby. It makes sense that he's a top-500 Overwatch player; can you imagine how toxic he is in video games? What a dud of a playoffs for the NBA. Sweeps and injuries for two months. Knicks/76ers was the best series and that's because Knicks fans are awesome.
The problem is when the Mavs tried to match up with physicality they get called for a foul. Hence why Luka fouled out.
