Went there yesterday with all this talk about it and damn those prices are high as hell. It was a tasty burger but not worth $10 for just the sammich.
I say this every time fast food burgers come up, but y'all are sleeping on Wendy's. They could use better fries though.
Wendys beef used to be great but now it reminds me of Whatburgers over pressed and dried out burger. Now Wendys classic chicken sandwich is actually really good.
No just everything else on the menu besides the whataburger and chicken strips are absolutely weak. Their newer menu item is meh too
The Whataburger near me (at 18th & 610) does not serve good burgers. The breakfast is excellent, but every burger they serve is cold and squashed, like someone sat on it. The patties now are super thin, and the burger is overloaded with lettuce. I get the impression that the regional manager, who should be visiting locations and checking on quality & service, is not doing his/her job. Consequently, although I sometimes go there for breakfast, I no longer eat burgers there. Shake Shack's "Smoke Shack" burger is excellent, but overpriced... ...but then... everything is overpriced now. I only eat burgers that I cook at home. Restaurants have forced me away with their jacked up prices, low quality, and terrible service.
Worst thing about Whataburger now are the crazy prices. im starting to convert to in n out because you can get 2 double doubles and fries for the price of one meal at Whataburger. I still like the flavor of whataburger though. that new Steak house Burger is good but that b**** is $11! for just the burger.
I don’t know about the best fast food burger of all time. My personal favorite is still the jalepeno and cheese Whataburger. I would also put In N Out and Culver’s over BK.
Not in my area...$8.99 before taxes. It's not gonna make or break me just a quick rant about high ass fast food prices.
I rarely eat fast food these days so if I’m going to spend about that much money will get a slice from my neighborhood pizza place, a falafel or Banh Mi.
I haven’t been to a Whataburger in a long ass time…it’s still better than most equivalent places around the country like trash ass In-N-Out
Well of course, but sometimes you do need that fast food burger taste. Don't lie. also, eta: wtf is a Culver's?
