And what about Supreme Court judges being Trump supporters? What about document case in Florida where the judge is a Trump supporter. Sucks Trump is a crook who doesn’t pay his legal bills and no good lawyers would work for him….
Lol…. This is Trump’s home state and home city…. Trump’s lawyer also got to select jurors… sucks to suck!
Umm yes. That's clearly what I said. The Judge does not CONVICT a defendant. The Defendant and the Prosecution call the witnesses they choose, and share the documentary evidence, and a JURY convicts or acquits. Again... the Jury WAS SELECTED BY DONALD TRUMP'S LAWYERS. How much more simply can I explain this to you. If it wasn't a fair trial, Donald Trump and his lawyers were to blame for selecting apparently partisan Jurors.
Tell us Dementia Don, why should the judge go easy on you? Don be saying "I am too old for prison but not too old for the White House!" Don be saying "I have no idea what I am doing. Been that way for decades. But I'll make a great President!" Don be saying "I got the dementia. It's not right to lockup someone not right in their head. The White House has the best doctors for my condition!" Don be saying "I know I said a few mean things about the judge's daughter. Maybe even put her life at risk. But I am changed man and just sent her business millions of dollars worth of business. ... you know ... on the down low. Maybe the judge would like a Trump Tower condo? That could be arranged."
Oddly, we are accepting the legal process that is the basis for America's rule of law. Charges were brought to a grand jury. A grand jury agreed that charges were appropriate. The charges were brought to a trial by jury. A jury of 12 citizens listened to the prosecution and to the defense and rendered a verdict. That again is the basis of America's legal system and the rule of law. trump was found guilty... and guilty of all 34 felony charges. jury looked at the evidence and listened to the testimony very carefully and found the prosecution's story so compelling that they rendered their verdict fairly quickly. Of course, if you don't think much of our legal system and the importance of the rule of law... perhaps another country would be something you should consider.
There's a lot of maybes in 2016, but he should've been toast after the Access Hollywood tape. How many rape accusers rose up around at that time as well? He grabbed America by the p***y, and the voters (and non-voters) let him. So while I like the idea of Donny paying for his crimes, I don't hold too much revisionary history for voters and politicians failing America that year. Realistically, it's more like a (watered down) Watergate where Donny would've still been elected without any illegal doings.
Whatever a typical criminal that commits the crimes he committed should get. But I am guessing its unrealistic to think trump isn't above the law and should serve a prison sentence, so how about this?
I mean... I definitely understand schadenfreude... but I honestly wish nobody was that upset about it. Would be much better for the future of this country. I would prefer a world where even many of his supporters could say, "damn, what an idiot. nobody cared about the p*rn star stuff, so why go and do so many boneheaded things to hide it? Especially in his hometown, where people dislike him."
Or Ben Shapiro can finance a Tarantino like recreation of historical events, and give this story the historical fantasy treatment with Kevin Sorbo playing Trump, and Jon Voight playing judge Merchan. Ted Nugent and Kid Rock can collaborate on the soundtrack.
trump always finds top notch lawyers... here his lawyer is questioning why the prosecution (that just had a successful prosecution) did not call defense witnesses...
