Draft aside, do you think Josh Christopher has anything to offer an NBA team after his performance in the G-League this last year?
Or just ask for his $250M inheritance (or whatever it is) now, and go play video games which is what all the current players are going to be doing as soon as the are all out of the league within the next 10 years. He'll be a lot more competitive against them there after spending all day there while the are working out and playing basketball.
I see the Rockets passing on any 2nd Rnders. The are only wanting to put the thoroughbreds (high 1st rounders) on the court. That's part of why the dumped Garuba, Christopher, Washington, Martin. Those guys are all available now if they wanted to pick up a young guy with some experience for cheap vs waiting for a low draft pick to work on his game.
Yes. They're just not using him properly. You just have to unleash Josh and let him do his thing so that he can show you the true MVP that he is.

If there’s a 6’5” power forward left on the board at that point, you know Stone won’t be able to resist.
This. Grab Reed and then some super tall bouncy lob threat/rim protector kid, just to have flexibility to throw different things at opponents situationally.
Just find a way to nab one of Portland early picks. He can be brought up slowly. Huge untapped potential.
The 2nd round draft pool got a lot shallower today. There were several players worth considering at #44 that are returning to school. I had hoped Jamal Shead would be there at #44, but he probably got bumped up several spots due to today’s exodus. I continue to hope that we trade our 2nd round pick for a future 2nd. Ideally Tate and our 2024 2nd for two or three future 2nds.
