His voice is rather efeminate (sp) but not too big of a problem IMO.

If the Fish manage to sweep, we'll actually be 1/2 game ahead and tied in the loss column. We could really use a Marlin's double win. Let's hope the goat is out in force tomorrow.

It was foul but the guy grabbed it before it went foul. I was at the game tonight sitting along the first base line. I have a perfect view of that ball. It was fair but moving foul until the guy grabbed it while it was in fair territory! I'm glad we didn't need that extra run.

Man, what a game to be at. Just being there in person to see the game that might cement another Cy Young for The Rocket. Unbelievable.

Thanks, Roger!! And you too, Mrs. Bartender!

Amazing! I was at the game last night. Roger freaking Clemens. One of the best pitched games I've ever seen in person.

    down 1 game

3 games coming up against the team ahead of us

    12 games to go

What if Weathers has a good game today? Do you guys realize that by doing that, he would have helped us much much more than at any time he ever actually pitched for us?

It'll be tough though... the Cubs are killing bad pitching right now. The Marlins have had so many double-headers, that they're forced to do this (they need to hurry up and build that retractable roof stadium).

The key game, however, is Pavano vs. Prior... we need at least one of these two games today, and that one looks pretty good for the Marlins.

I'll say it: Weathers will NOT have a good game today.

I think we need Pavano to go 8-9 innings in game 1 to save the pen, that way they can afford a shorter leash for Weathers.

Also we have to hope that Clement gets shelled, but I think the Cubs would have to be favored in a shootout.

Yet another thing I love about The Rocket. He wears the whole "chunky and unshaven" look so well. With his help, maybe guys like us will actually have a shot!

    Thanks again, Roger! :D

Yeah, I find myself doing the unshaven look more often now. I don't know how much Roger has to do with it, but shaving every other day sucks. I just do it every monday and maybe thursday. If I have to work sunday, I'll do it then too.
