[Official] Astros @ Athletics

Looking at MLB scores, I think the NHL has as much scoring as baseball. A lot of low scoring games.

 

A chance to gain a whole game on the division leaders, missed. Shame.

 

Missed opportunity, Really shameful the Astros hitters never figure out to score consistent runs.

Alex Bregman batting .200 batting 5th
Jake Myers batting over Yainer Diaz, Mauricio Dubon, Chas McCormick. Jake Myers will go back to normal maybe a .260 hitter.

 

That's two times in less than a week that the astros have looked feebile against a left hander. Anderson and now Sears scoring 1 run each game.

The Stros have the 9th best OPS in MLB against LHP

I can't explain it either.

Need to win tomorrow. Figured they would lose one this weekend. I don’t think they will,just can’t believe there’s even a possibility they could leave Seattle as division leaders before June 1st, given the start. I think they split in Seattle. Btw, day games in Oakland seem like a dud for both teams. They really just let that place go, don’t even bother fixing the rips in the outfield wall lol

 

I don't know whether to blame Espada, Crane, Brown, players or Kinky Friedman for this hot mess.

Torchy's wonderbread gringo tacos, which I assume pair perfectly with Bregman's nursing home quality salsa, Sheriff Blaylock (has anyone ever actually seen him?), the train conductor...you're right, there's lot's of blame to go around

 

Sheriff Blaylock and the McLanes get no pass, neither does HEB. Blanco stole Magnum P.I. mustache glue for better grip. I'm out of blame at this point.

 

Tomorrow we will learn if Blanco's newfound success was just a sticky situation.

 

Bringing this guy back could be disastrous. He can't hit big league pitching, even minor league pitching, maybe not even little league pitching.
