When I see 22-28 knowing there are 1 million games in an MLB season it's hard for me to be angry. If this was the NBA I can understand. Considering where they were at the start of the season. They are getting there very slowly. .500 is right there then the flood gates. I have no doubt.
Im a baseball casual so i dont know. We still got 100+ games to go and 5 games back. You guys heart pressure must be in bad shape.
I still believe Astros win 90+ games. There's too much talent and experience regardless of manager. Fans are "panicking" because the day-to-day happenings have not been great, and it's very disappointing and discouraging. Consider it a "prisoner of the moment" type situation. And I understand because many of these games kinda suck and each loss sucks in the moment. Astros are 5-10 in one-run games. But, like you said, still 100+ games remain. Astros will prevail.
Sadly enough, today (Wednesday) happened -- Astros just blew another opportunity. Good news is there's 100+ more chances to prevail. .
One does not make the 1st out at third. One definitely does not make the first out at third if one is the potentially tying run. The Astros are simultaneously the worst team at being too passive taking the extra base, and the worst team at being overly aggressive by getting thrown out trying to take an extra base.
You're not wrong at all. Living and dying like some of these guys do with each game is not a healthy way to live. There's still A LOT of season left.
