If Bregman's batting average was the stock market, I would've gotten out of it a long time ago before it tanked.
3 more outs until we potentially lose to the 19-30 Angels. Should be a series sweep honestly, and we just blew every chance at it.
I haven't been able to watch most of the game but tuned in just in time for Bregs to come up short again in a big spot. He's not the only one who has come up short this year but I'm willing to bet his failures have cost the team the most offensively. Why does he have to continue to be in prime spots in the lineup? Bregs is like J. Abreu to a lesser extent. Just a name. He hasn't been good enough to warrant the respect of having to be in prime lineup spots.
Sometimes you can just feel it - we're not going to score any runs today. Wasted a great start by Hunter.
If we were a playoff bound team, I would think the Rangers or Yankees would trade for Angerson like tomorrow.
