This is a really good point there were actually 3 flying together but I assume they were separated in the weather.

@Xerobull has a nicer helicopter than this old POS.

There are actually helicopter ejection seats, specifically on some Russian military helicopters like the Ka-50. The rotors explosively seperate at their base and go flying off before the seat launches up.

Obviously very niche and expensive, but systems have been created.

Wow, thanks. What could go wrong with ejecting blades rotating at incredible angular speeds? Well, now I've got a new problem for my next physics midterm.

    Prompt:
Pretend you are the president of a mountainous country with an arms embargo that includes the sale of mixed used aircraft. How would you redesign a helicopter from the 1970s to ensure that you could safely eject without being chopped up into tiny pieces before crashing onto the mountain side. Please show your work.

They also maintain a fleet of F14s from that same era, probably like what the Cubans do with their old ass almond cars.

Their missiles and drones are a different story.

That's what they get for pirating Siri and using duct tape, paper clips and old Macguyver hair gel to make it work
